We value your time and ours and kindly ask for advance notice if your plans need to change. • Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time may be changed without penalty. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will have a 35% late cancellation fee applied. • Appointments missed, canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled time, or arrivals 15 minutes late or more are considered a no-show and the full service fee applies. Cancellations and reschedules must be completed through the online booking system. Messages sent via Instagram, text, email, or social media do not constitute a cancellation unless the change is confirmed through the system. Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled prior to booking future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in dismissal from our practice.
