Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours and kindly ask for advance notice if your plans need to change. • Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time will not incur a fee. • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 35% cancellation fee. • Appointments missed, canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled time, or arrivals 15 minutes late or more are considered a no-show and charged the full service fee. All cancellations and reschedules must be completed through the online booking system. Messages sent via Instagram, text, email, or social media do not constitute a cancellation unless confirmed by the system. Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled prior to booking future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in dismissal from our practice.
