To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In-Clinic Appointments: * Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice: No fee. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged. * No-shows (including arriving 15+ minutes late): Full service fee will be charged. In-Home Appointments: * Cancellations with 12 hours or more notice: No fee. * Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged. * Cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice: Full service fee will be charged. Important Note: Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before booking any future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in dismissal from our practice.
